The ivtvdev_drv is applied in chris's ivtv driver's from 0.3.4e and further. The latest verion at this moment is 0.3.5l, which you can use. Just copy the ivtvdrv_dev.o over the one you already have. Try on the command line : locate ivtvdev_drv.o Mine is in : /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/
Don't know if the patch is applied in the ivtvdev, at atrpm. If so you can use this.
