Have you followed the documentation on the mt-daapd site? Seems pretty straightforward for a FC3 box. http://wiki.mt-daapd.org/wiki/Quickstart_Fedora They even have RPM's for FC3. Your box probably even has the dependencies installed, check with rpm -qa | grep -i packagename.
