Secondly change to that directory and edit the ui.xml file.
Look inside this file until you find <font name="title" ... and <font
name="descinfo" ... Those should be what your are looking to modify.
Thanks, that was what I was after.
Plus it now sinks in as to to the refs. to small/medium ni the themes
and how they correspond with the base settings.
