Ah, I figured out what was wrong when I was trying to run m3u2myth.pl ( the link has been posted before: http://www.foofus.net/jmk/mythtv/m3u2myth.pl ). The format of the M3U file from WinAmp was different. I re-formatted one of my playlists and it works great. Thanks Joseph!
