Hi,
I've set mythtv 0.18 to transcode the mpeg2 output from my hauppage
pvr350 into mpeg4 format. Mythtv, mplayer, and xine all play the mpeg2
files back fine. Mythtv can play back the mpeg4's just fine, xine and
mplayer/gmplayer do not seem to be able to read the mpeg4 files. I've
tried most of the reasonable looking video codec families in mplayer.

I'd appreciate it if someone could point me to mailing list archive post
or give some advice.
