[mythtv-users] re-import nuv files after re-install?

I have just re-installed a fresh version.  I did not re-use the old  
DB though I still have it.  I think the old DB was a bit messed up so  
I do not want to import it.
However, I have about 150 nuv files that would be nice to have access  
to again through the frontend.

Is there anyway to get just that data back in or any other way to  
scan and add?

Thoughts?
