0.19 has not been released yet. You must mean 0.18.1 :D
Nope - that was the point. They, plf, apparently released a 19.1
version and called it 18.1. The fact that mine has the ability to read
in a channels.conf file rather than having to scan for channels proved
it apparently. I am just going by what I have been told here.
