I bought a similar small form factor (SFF) case for my system (also
Nforce2 chipset). And it's pretty good, but there are a few serious
drawbacks to consider:

1) Not fanless. In fact it's going to have at least 2 fans in it,
maybe more. My system is quiet for a PC, but pretty darn loud for
consumer electronics (not a problem in my case).

2) Only 1 PCI slot. This means only one tuner, unless you get a
double-tuner (like a PVR-500), or use Firewire/USB tuners, or do like
me and get an old Matrox Marvel off ebay for the AGP slot.

Also, you'd need to make sure that the integrated sound does what you
need it to do, because you wouldn't be able to add another sound card.
