I bought a similar small form factor (SFF) case for my system (also Nforce2 chipset). And it's pretty good, but there are a few serious drawbacks to consider: 1) Not fanless. In fact it's going to have at least 2 fans in it, maybe more. My system is quiet for a PC, but pretty darn loud for consumer electronics (not a problem in my case). 2) Only 1 PCI slot. This means only one tuner, unless you get a double-tuner (like a PVR-500), or use Firewire/USB tuners, or do like me and get an old Matrox Marvel off ebay for the AGP slot.
