Is there a way to get rid of the occasional horizontal motion lines from
nvidia tv-out encoders? (mine is conexent rather than nvidia like newer
cards, but it happened on another card too with a nvidia encoder)
It sort of happens randomly so it isn't too bothersom but every once in
a while, (like if it pans left or right) I get a horizontal line
someplace where the bottom part doesn't seem to go as fast as the top
part creating a 'line' type thing.
