Did that just recently to fix the problem of disk corruption. So I'm running the latest BIOS. Actually, I'll bet the timing parameter that they extended to fix the corruption, is what has caused my DVB problems. I am fairly sure the glitches weren't there when I first put the system together (or if they were, they were mowhere near as bad)



BTW, I don't have any trouble running a terrabyte of SATA drives...


No, it's apparently the early SI SATA chips. I'm hearing bad reports about them from everywhere now.... :-(
