There are two things to do. Here's what I did in my own setup (1BE/FE +
3 FE):
1- All the movies are stored in /mythtv/video. This partition is shared
with NFS over the network.
2- All the movie posters are stored in a central location:
/mythtv/settings/posters (/mythtv is also shared with NFS).
This way, when I update MythVideo with new movies, the changes and the
posters are available to all frontends at the same time. I also share
the menus xml files in /mythtv/settings (with simlinks to ~/.mythtv) to
keep consistency between frontends.
Hope it helps

I have multiple frontends mounting a network share to the same local
path. Is there any way to do the setup on one frontend and have it
apply to all the frontends? The best thing I can figure would be to
have the video images on a network share and mount them to the same
local path. Any way to alleviate doing mythsetup for 50+ videos on
multiple frontends? Thanks.
