The last few days I have woken up or got home from work to find the backend shutdown. Everything else seems to be ok. The backend may have shutdown at some random time, or it may have shutdown right when my wife tried to watch a show through our Xbox front end. I'm not sure.
Anyway to pinpoint what is happening? The mythbackend.log doesn't seem too strange except that I have a trillion of the following: 2005-10-28 01:04:55.383 MainServer::HandleAnnounce Playback 2005-10-28 01:04:55.386 adding: my-unique-identifier-goes-here as a client (events: 0) 2005-10-28 01:04:55.411 MainServer::HandleAnnounce FileTransfer 2005-10-28 01:04:55.413 adding: my-unique-identifier-goes-here as a remote file transfer 2005-10-28 01:04:59.943 MainServer::HandleAnnounce Playback 2005-10-28 01:04:59.945 adding: my-unique-identifier-goes-here as a client (events: 0) 2005-10-28 01:04:59.972 MainServer::HandleAnnounce FileTransfer 2005-10-28 01:04:59.973 adding: my-unique-identifier-goes-here as a remote file Usually it identifies itself as my xbox or my local client, so this seems a little weird. Any ideas? david _______________________________________________ mythtv-users mailing list mythtv-users@mythtv.org http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
