Thanks for the responses. Will I be able to use PIP with the 350 and the 500 together through the 350's TV-out? I think that will seal the deal for me.

I've currently got everything running VERY nicely (except
transcoding) on my FC4 box with a PVR-350. I was thinking about
adding a PVR-500 into the same box. I would continue to use the 350
for watching Live TV and playing back recordings, but would use the
500 for scheduled recordings and maybe a little picture-in-picture
action. Anyone have experience with this? Plug it in and set it up
like the 350? Will MythTV see that I have 3 encoders, 1 decoder and
accommodate properly? Should I keep it simple and get myself a 150
instead?

I've got a 350 and 500 in one box and they work great together with ivtv 0.4.0.  Had some issues with earlier versions of the driver 0.2.7? and a via KT400 mobo, but switched to geforce2 mobo and had no issues.  Don't know if the new drivers would be good with the via board or not, I'd be willing to bet they would,(I think my issues were with an immature driver for these cards) but I haven't tried the cards in the old box to find out...  I don't think adding a 150 would be any easier than a 500- as a 500 is essentially 2x150 on one card.  So, if you're going to go for it, you might as well do the 500... Once every few weeks, it's nice to have the extra tuner to resolve a recording conflict.   Since you have the 350 working already, adding the 500 should be pretty straightforward.
