Have you tried running the projectX commandline from your MythTV user? That might shed some more light onto what's gone wrong.
No, but I'm not running Apache/ProjectX on my Myth box. I've run ProjectX up [GUI] myself on my main PC. I got back too late last night to test the command line myself. I'll report back if I'm still having problems after that.
