No. In fact only one frontend can watch
live tv at a time with a single tuner.
Completely true for 0.18, but AIUI, with the changes to LiveTV, 0.19
will allow as many frontends as you have resources to support to watch
the same LiveTV channel even with only one tuner card (because LiveTV is
just another recording).
