I am having almost the same problem - seems to be isolated to the channels with weaker reception, but not always.
VERY similar setup - Athlon XP 2900+, HD-3000, playback via an FX5200 or FX5500 depending on the front-end. Analog audio output. I've had this problem on and off for the last few months, but for some reason seemed to be worse with the recordings last night. That's why I'm on here searching for a solution.
