No, try it out. As long as it has enough information to
detect duplicate episodes, it will only record one of them.
I think you may also get away with using one channel record
entry if you give both channels the same "callsign". I've done this
between QTA and QAM channels.
I should note that I've sometimes seen zap2it provide
different episode information between the digital and analog channels
but then correct them as airtime gets closer. Myth will think it has
to record both channels until mythfilldatabase updates the program
database ~1 day before airtime.
