I've fixed problem into new version 3.0.
Package avalaible in a few days, now there is source (tar.gz) and you can
install it easy.

Any changes made in MyUnity do not persist between sessions; for
example, if I change the default panel setting from "Hidden" to "Avoid
windows," that setting is reset to "Hidden" the next time I login.
