MyU2 lacks a lot of new functionalities recently added by the Unity Team and isn't that interesting for precise users. Further, MyU3 fixes a few annoying bugs of MyU2. Upstream CHANGELOG says: - New GUI - Quicklist support - Themes support - Icons support - New features - Optimized to Ubuntu 12.04 Packaging is already available, it builds-installs-runs fine on precise.
