itself, rather to overlay-scrollbar. Therefore I am closing this bug and
assigning it to overlay-scrollbar. Please, feel free to reopen it against
MyUnity if you think this decision isn't fair.

The overlay scrollbars seem to be a bit hit-and-miss
I've attached a short video to show you what I mean - it occasionally
shows the overlay scrollbar but sometimes doesnt
