I think the above describes the bug better and I also think this is not due to "MyUnity", but "gnome-settings-daemon". The icons revert back to the default icon set (even though Faenza Ambiance is selected), while everything else seems to look as if not themed correctly. Context menus and fonts across the board do not follow the theme. Not sure what package(s) to file this against.
