Hi,
I know apache and mysql are working because the services are up. The graphs
libraries are working property because I did a test with a php program and
it did a draw using the libraries. Finally when I checked nagios status with
nagios -v /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg it showed zero erros.
The last week the system was working propery and nobody changed something on
nagios. I think the problem is some module, plugin, etc is not working
because the server was restarded

You must be more specific. What is working? What is not working? How do
you know?
As we know nothing about your network/nagios/... you have to tell us.
