List, I have a client who is currently using netmon for their network
monitoring. I have used the free version but I have limited experience with the
professional version that comes with SMS. Basically I know they paid like 15K
for an unlimited node license but I know there has to be a physical limit per
server. I have been incorporating things like Nagios, perfparse, MRTG, nTop, et
al in most solutions, and they work great as a team and in no doubt are more
functional and scalable than netmon. What I would like to see from the list is
if anyone out there has had to present this argument or something similar to a
client or higher ups. If so what were some of the points that you brought
out. Also while I continue to Google for exact limitations and features of the
professional netmon, does anyone have this information or a link readily
