is it possible to monitor disk usage, load and mem using nagios with only snmp running in remote server?

i have no root access to remote server (only in local server) but there was snmp running in remote with community public. i have installed snmp in local and download check_snmp_mem.pl in sourceforge but when i run it manually it shows:

perl check_snmp_mem.pl and ./check_snmp_mem.pl

Can't locate Net/SNMP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5
