You can use SendEmail.
 
Just check the command line options

Thanks for the reply, we have smtp server that is hosted at remote place.
we use smtp.example.com to send emails from outlook with use  "My server 
require Authentication"
in this case how do I configure Nagios to send emails of problem alerts.

        It is beyond the scope of Nagios Document to provide SMTP server and 
authentication configuration,
         
        Therefore, you will not find in the documentation.
         
        You could use a package like SendEmail

        OR
         
        You can configure a  MTA on Nagios server as a Smart Relay to your SMTP 
server.
         
        Ensure that your SMTP server is configure to allow relaying from the 
Nagios server.
