Whatever plugin it is didn't print any output the way that you're calling it. Either that or it's a magnetic anomaly caused by the rotation of the cesium atoms in the plugin output ;). Seriously, try running the plugin from the command line as the nagios user exactly as you have it defined in your configuration. Purely guessing, it's probably sending output to STDERR. In the future, please provide more specific information about your configuration, the plugin in question and how you're using it.
