Send them to a unix/linux system as syslog. There is a tool out there that 
will do this for you. Then you can do all of this on your Nagios machine 
itself perhaps?

I do as little as possible on Windows to start with. So I prefer to send 
logs as syslog and work on them where I have the tools available for the 
job.
