truss.

truss: cannot execute program: /opt/nagios/bin/nagios

As stated to Darren I ran it a nagios user and root. I did try changing the
permissions anyway.
Thanks for the input guys. I'm scratching my head on this one. I've build
Nagios with out issue many times.
