You mean you want your availability monitor to backup your router configs ? You could write a custom plugin to check for differences in runnin and startup configs and then do something with the running config; You could pay for CiscoWorks and sacrifice small furry animals until it runs; or you could try RANCID in conjunction with viewcvs (PHP application to publish the CVS).
