If you mean by auto-discovery, nagios has no facility to do that built in. There is an addon called nmap2nagios that may help you accomplish that. I challenge you, however, to think about why you believe this to be a good thing. IMHO, you'll likely be monitoring much more than you really care about at a level of detail that may not be sufficient sufficient. If you mean by using a front-end to enter in host and service information and that program generates the nagios configuration files, yes, there are a few of them available but nothing created by the nagios author. Take a look at http://nagiosexchange.org. There's quite a bit of variability between them so YMMV.
