The reason it doesn't work if because it is a POST request. You actually have to send the fields in the content of the request (and the url may be different, usually without any URL fields as they can go in the request body). You should read more about the HTTP protocol if you want to understand how it works. Although, as other have already said, NSCA is likely what you want...
