Hi I will shortly be configuring a couple of nagios hosts in a cluster setup, most likely active/passive, and i wonder if there are 'best practices' for this? I will most likely be setting up for redundancy as opposed 'performance'
I have things like NFS from a Netapp available to me so would it be 'easier' to share configs between the hosts by having them on the NFS disk and then use heartbeat to control the VIP or do people do this a different way for Nagios? thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference Don't miss this year's exciting event.
