I have a nagios 3 server monitoring several other servers. I use a windows box to get to nagios web. I am not receiving a login screen and it defaults to the user nagios. I need to open it as the nagiosadmin.
Thanks for your quick response. Harry Harry M. Harry, Configuring nagios for usernames and passwords is usually done in a .htaccess file in /etc/nagios2 (assuming you are using nagios2!). Once you have the users configured as you require, setting these usernames up as contacts for given servers is meant to provide them with only access to their servers. What is it you are trying to achieve?
