my box seems  in normal state, cpu e ram

175 processes: 3 running, 169 sleeping, 3 zombie
CPU: 34.2% user,  0.0% nice, 20.7% system,  0.1% interrupt, 45.1% idle
Mem: 126M Active, 362M Inact, 207M Wired, 24M Cache, 112M Buf, 2288M Free
Swap: 4096M Total, 4096M Free

 1316 nagios       2 101    0 15736K 13260K select 3   0:01  5.22% nagios

and  in average 250 process...
