Hi Group I'm trying to find a way of letting our users acknowledge their own servers faults without the need to log in to Nagios, I have seen that there are remote commands you can issue which allow this to happen, but this is where I need a little instruction on how to use them.
http://www.nagios.org/developerinfo/externalcommands/commandinfo.php?command_id=39 In the Nagios book I have been reading it mention's the use of Ticket Systems and making sure that Nagios can integrate with them and when I goggled the question the one of the results I got was OTRS. I guess that means I can raise a ticket by injecting Nagios info into it, but would I be able to use ACK's from within too, if not do you know of a solution that could do this.
