Well We are implementing a whole CRM environment (not ready right now) and I am wondering how and what I will able to control using Nagios.
I know that MOM should be better way, but I am not sure that our project will include it. Which controls are you performing with Nagios ? http check_services on IIS .... As a side note, do you use CRM for your incident tickets? I am wondering how to get Nagios to automatically generate CRM cases for our servicedesk..
