Hi Tan; If there's any detail you can provide (ie what the error message says, a screen shot, any detail at all) then there's a hope of helping you. In many cases, we are "frog in a well" -- it works well for us in our configurations but we cannot see the whole world -- so we'll need your help to show us how it's failing in yours.
