What you might find more useful is not to have to install NSClient++ on any servers at all, nor to rely on a "proxy" NSClient++, nor to use NRPE.

All of the checks that have been listed so far can be done in a client-less manner using check_wmi_plus

The site lists the Nagios command definitions you need.
You can check all the services in a single check

Here's a manually run example:
/opt/nagios/bin/plugins/check_wmi_plus.pl -H win2008r2a -m checkservice -u USER -p PASS -a auto OK - Found 54 Services(s), 51 OK and 3 with problems. 'Shell Hardware Detection' (ShellHWDetection) is Stopped, 'Software Protection' (sppsvc) is Stopped, 'Windows Licensing Monitoring Service' (WLMS) is Stopped.|'Total Service Count'=54; 'Service Count OK State'=51; 'Service Count Problem State'=3;
