I don't know of any plugins or addons that do this out of the box, but you could just write a custom plugin that ran the list of memory checks against all of the servers then added them together. It could be as simple as:
./check_many address1 address2 address3 address 4 and the check just runs the nrpe check for memory, adds the results, and returns it to Nagios.
