I agree with inspectors not being certified in dealing with nail salons. 2 years ago I had to teach the inspector how to inspect my place because she had NO IDEA! She told me that her focus was restaurants, daycares and tattoo parlours. She had never done a nail salon before and was only there because I called for the appt!!
