Thank you all for the kind emails regarding my "hate to sound like a sales pitch". I started coming to Debbie's mailing list so many years ago. At the time I was a working tech like so many of you. I think something back then with an educator or manufacturer must have made me go..."ah they just want to give us a sales pitch". So for some reason that stuck with me.
One thing I did hear in your emails is you do want to know about things. I'm going to bring this up at our next Marketing Meeting. Perhaps, once I've gotten the go head from our team here, I can let you all be the "first to know" on new items we're launching. Hopefully, Debbie has gotten her renewal check from Tony by now (as a contributor to her advertising). I'd like to talk to Tony about doing some sort of on going special for Debbie's members. Maybe a deal only for Beautytech members. We'll come up with something in the next week or two and I'll push him to make it a good one. And then, make it an every other month occurance with new deals. I'd also like to try and be more active. I've been hiding in the shadows with that "I belong to a Manufacturer" chip on my shoulder. I still have LOTS of life's experiences in this industry I would love to share. I've had a lot of special tech friends help me along the way and I'd like to "pay it forward". So I will try not to lurk so much if I have a tidbit I can give you all. I do want to say how proud I am of this "not so little" nail community. The time each of you invests here makes the industry a better place and you should all give yourselves a pat on the back for taking the time. Oh the Vito deal is still open. We've already gotten a few calls. I have to laugh when the girls call me and say, "What VETO?" I'm like...nooo it's Vito!! Named after Vito's post about gel frustration!!! :) Elaine -- Elaine T.
