It sounds like I should be very glad I missed out on the popularity of this polish!! LOL!!

I once failed to satisfy a client because of this polish! A little Cuban lady comes in with long natural nails and wants me to use her Miss Marion red in a Cuban Manicure! This is where you polish the whole nail a dark color, then wipe away a stripe of polish along the free edge, and then coat the stripe in white. Can I just tell you…even after wiping that stripe as clean as I could get it, the color still bled through the white pearl that was on her tips. The only way I think it could have worked is if we’d waited a good 30 minutes an d allowed the Miss Marion on her nails to completely dry before putting the white tips on. I have NO idea how her usual manicurist did it! But obviously she went back to her…I never saw her again! Lolol I remember mentioning it to several of my clients at the time and they’d all heard of it…there used to be a salon here in Key West that carried a few bottles, evidently, but they closed. SOOOO glad I missed out on that period of time!
