I have never seen this either.  I am a new nail tech and an instructor but I 
haven't a clue to why this would happen to so many nails.  I have a customer 
that lifts very badly but no "greenies" .  She is going through the change 
and her hands sweat alot and she is a picker.  Ask the customer if she if on 
medication that could maybe cause this to happen.
