We had the huge marathon last weekend. I did many post-marathon
pedicures and many had what appeared to be heat rashes on the tops of
the feet. Logical because I had 6 of them and I have seen it before
after 26 miles of running but then again.....I can not be certain.

Really, there could be many reason for what your client has. The best
thang to do is cover yourself by documenting what you know including
dates and times. Then refer to a dermatologist or primary care dr. Log
this in your notes. We are not trained to know the reall diff between
rashes , pustules, clusters blisters ect. So...I say stop tryin to
guess and just refer out. You never know it could be a very small side
effect of somethang really serious having nothing to do with callus
care :)

In my experience with blue cross (which I stopped using on the foot
years ago) and callus eliminator is when you get it on healthy skin
for to long it severly dries the skin out. Feeling icky.
