when?I used to do rockstar toes I would? sanitize the foot first...then put a gel base coat on and before curing I would sprinkle on the glitter.? I do this at the pedicure chair over a large paper towel.? After applying glitter..make sure it is covering well..then cure...oh?I would tap the foot so the excess would fall onto the paper towel before curing....and then after curing...apply gel topcoat cure again.....hope this helps...
