Mmmm, maybe that is where I read it, I will have to look at that.  Thanks,
Lynnette!
I totally agree about the chop shops.  I guess there are soooo many that there
just aren't enough inspectors to give out the fines and they just keep getting
away with it.  Not fair at all.

Lisa,

I never heard that but that does not mean that it is not true. Doesn't the
state board website have a PDF of the rule book?

Like Marsha said for her state to use a lock.

I know a stylist that had ALL her stuff in a teeny tiny powder room. She was
never fined. I would check for you but the computer I am at does not like
PDF's!!

Honestly if THAT is a violation I think the SB should be more concerned with
all the chop shop violations rather than something not as severe!

Buenos noches,
Lynnette

Subject: NailTech:: PA State Board Salon Application

I have a question for PA nail techs.  I thought that I read somewhere on the
application for salon licensure that you cannot have a closet or closed
cupboard housing supplies for the salon in the lavatory that is for salon
patrons.  Is that true?  Do I have to have my supplies outside of the bathroom?

Any help would be appreciated.
