Diana, That is really sucky.? I pay a very high rent for half of a 10 x 20?suite and my rent goes up yearly with lease, they usually increase it 2.75% per month.? Even though the rent started out high, it is in line with the area.? I feel that increase is reasonable.? How much of an increase is that $50 a week???How much of an?increase were you given each year before?? Is the $20 a week in the original contract?? I wish you the best in negotiations and hope that?it is a huge typo.?
