i don't think it's noisy, but sometimes the liner moves and creats a gap between it and the tub and it rattles but it's not loud. actually the ones with bubbles are louder. no jets or bubbles just vibrate. we do pedicure right outside the massage and facial rooms and the girls said they can't hear it when they are giving their services. I've never had a complaint about the water cooling off with it. And I sometime ask my regular clients partway through their pedi. just to make sure the base is still working (cause you never know, but so far so good). When I first got it I was polishing my friends toes on it and I forgot to turn the heat down (there is 3 setting for the heat and 3 for the vibrate), her pedi slippers started to melt a bit. all the sudden she was like "cira... it's getting kinda hot!" it didn't burn her but now I always turn it to the loest setting for polishing. I ordered mine from Belava. You can also get it from The Industry Source. I had trouble with the website but not with them over the phone. So I would go on the web to see what they had to offer and then call in my order. If I remember correctly it was $250, but I got the white one that was on sale at the time. I know that if you order from the company the base, tub and liners are sold seperatly, but you have your choise of color. Industry source only has the lime green and you get 5 liners with it. The liners are about $.64 a piece if you buy the 100 count pack. I have had great response from my clients. When I first got it they all said "you got a new tub!". I said "yes I did" and preceded to tell this about the liners and how i change them for every client which is more sanitary... the best part for me is only having to carry tub itself to empty it (my tennis elbow and back thank me everytime). all the mechanical stuff is in the base and I leave that infront of my client. After I'm done with the "water" I remove the "tub" and put a towel on the base and after i massage each foot I have them put their foot on the base. I leave the "heat and Vibrate" on for them. They LOVE it! I found it easier for me to polish on the floor with their feet on base also. to clean it I empty the water, remove the liner, and spray the tub with barbicide (just incase). it also saves time with "back to back" pedis. I have used many different typs of pedi tubs from the big one on wheels to the "homedics" type to a pedi throne and this is my favorite!!!! Man I'm long winded. Hope this helps Cira --- On Sat, 6/13/09, teresa heppenheimer <tees2c...@hotmail.com> wrote: From: teresa heppenh eimer <tees2c...@hotmail.com> Subject: NailTech:: Re: Belava Pedicure Spa Tubs To: nailtech@googlegroups.com Date: Saturday, June 13, 2009, 3:06 AM #yiv169509134 #AOLMsgPart_2_ee1b6625-da9a-488c-a6e7-e963b8660a7e #yiv153236765 .hmmessage P{margin:0px;padding:0px;}#yiv169509134 #AOLMsgPart_2_ee1b6625-da9a-488c-a6e7-e963b8660a7e #yiv153236765 {font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;} I would love to know the answers to these questions as well.
