Shannon,
I never take off old product. I just apply it over the acrylic. This is not
going to be a problem. I have done this for years and I have never had issues.
Good luck,

Subject: NailTech:: acrylics to gels

Hello everyone! I am in the middle of discussion with a new salon. Cross
fingers I hope it works. They really want to start gels. My question, they have
a lot of acrylic clients that are interested in crossing over to gels. What is
the best way to transition them over? I know one nail tech does a gradual
transition (not sure how) and others just soak off and start with gels?? What
is the BEST and SAFEST way??? Thanks so much guys. :)
