Shannon- Sticky sandwich: I clean the nails with alcohol. It does not matter what percent. I use the 70 something and never have a problem. Then AFTER you clean the nails, use a teeny, tiny bit of cuticle oil and rub it in the nails. DO NOT REMOVE THE OIL!! Stickey Polish Stickey Polish Top coat Dry That is it!
